I agree with one star.   Credit Union Officials are very authoritatian as if it is their private money, and make it difficult for the account holder.   Customer service has historically been offensive, condescending and not helpful.    We need a new method to select Board members instead of the current self perpetuating system.   Should be open elections of all members without a criminal history.

Terrible customer service. They are operating in the 1960's.  No easily accessible ATM's, no availability to your money in amounts over $1000 every 24 hours and only be special request. They openly descriminate against older folks applying for loans ("they will die before payng their loans") in violation of federal law. The place is run like a fiefdom by it's curent President, William Page. They hassle everybody that comes in the door to open an account or conduct business. Frankly, I dont understand why anybody even conducts business in this place.

if you need a loan, they are great, as long as you have picture perfect credit.  They are rude otherwise.
