they should stop giving all profits to managers in the form of un-deserves bonuses- and hire more staff to serve members aka the true owners of the credit union- and better eates on cd's and other savings- yaeh that means you miss karen blackwell

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my debit card because theu forget to order it after sispending it for fraudulent activity and not informing me.

They lie to their customers after waiting on hold over 30 minutes. Have no regard for customers issues.

Member for nearly 2 years. Attempted to cancel the card as I do not wish to pay the monthly fees any longer. I've been on hold for 20 minutes & counting & have spoken to 4 "representatives" so far. Their customer service is a joke! Easy to apply & be approved but a nightmare when trying to cancel.

a small town credit union that has grown over the years- they cheat the owners of the union-the depositors-and line the pockets of the president and all his assistant vice presidents with big pay checks and bigger bonuses- this is done with the go ahead of the board of directoers who then dictate who will work at the union and who gets loans etc.- these people are a corrupt and corrupting influence on the region- the 'federal govt. ' should investigate the methods and practices of the little red neck mafia in north central alabama- really not a bank or a credit union- more of a hall of mirrors to deceieve people who hopelessly spend hours in never ending lines to see bankers who then treat them like garbage to got rid of as soon a possible- dont fall for their people helping people bit- this is nepotism and cronyism at its very worst
