Online services are always down but with incorrect messages. I have been prevented from using ATM's without reason. Phone support is limited to weekday business hours and sometines not even that. They made a mistake on my sister's account (we both have accounts at this CU) - specificially a loan that was closed. They actually had the audacity to have a collections agency call my home in regards to her account trying to get in touch with her. My sister is not irresponsible all they had to do is contact her to find out they screwed up. Completely terrible services. I will be leaving this CU.
