After being juggled through 6 different people - and getting 6 different instructions for the loan... I am finally able to purchase. No one will call you with updates, you have to call the loan center for any sort of resolve. And don't expect an apology. And yes I have had an account there for over 10 years.

I have used them almost since their inception, when they went by Mid Florida Schools Federal Credit Union.  I have had 4 auto loans with them, all at good rates, my current auto loan with them  is 2.8%.  Service is decent, rates are good.  I have had a checking and savings account with them as well.  No issues to this point.

Horrible in all aspects

This is my second complaint about them, The first time was an error on their part that they pretty much blamed me for, I am a big man I let it go but this time my account is locked by them, they took a 600.00 deposit, did not tell me it was locked and now I cannot access my money until they figure it out. They were nice enough to let me take out only 50.00 of my money so I have some cash.

They need to be investigated and shut down by the FDIC, they are rude, lazy and close to incompotent.

Worst customer service.

They repo my car two day before my loan pay date. I called them and they said it wasnt about payment of course I know that. The guy said is about insurance, my insurance company sent them the prove and now they said they can't return my car until I pay off the loan

Difficult to deal with

I tried to purchase a CD, but to put in a joint account, my wife had to be present.  Teller would call me next week when the account was "approved".  She never called, and when I called her, she was out sick.  I could only call to the main office and they would connect me to the branch.  Communications were terrible as they would not call me back.  However, when I blew up on a recorded message, they called me back immediately.  We went to the branch and the employee who processed the account acted as if she had never done it before on the computer.
