A big headache
Anonymous Account Holder

I bought my new car in May and set up my car loan from Members 1st. It has been nothing but a problem for 4 months. First they set the loan up incorrectly, then when I went to fix it, I had to go into a local branch. The teller was extremely unhelpful and was telling me that I had no idea what I was talking about even when I was given directions from the members 1st loan center. So then I had to try another local branch to see if they could fix the problem. It seemed as if she had and my payments were now correct set up at biweekly. I checked my bank statment to make sure the loan payments were being withdrawn, which they were. However I now have gotten a notice saying that it is again incorrect. So over this problem and this credit union.

Unfair outrageous overdraft fees
Anonymous Account Holder

They rearrange checks, ATM withdrawals and deposits to get as many fees charged as possible. When looking at my account daily, the checks are posted with a positive balance and when I call and say my account was positive -look at it. They say I can't go by that. I have over 4,000 dollars in overdraft fees this year alone. They do not put deposits before checks.
