Ridiculous
— Credit Karma Member
I recently tried to use my card and the transaction was declined. I knew that I had more than enough available credit, I thought, to cover the expense. A week later, I received a letter in the mail stating that they had reduced my credit limit significantly because my credit score dropped by ten points! I’ve had this card for years and never missed a payment nor missed ANY payments on my other cards. This has obviously been very elusive on their part and unexpected. This caused me to reconsider ever using this card again.
