Extremely poor service.

As  CPA, I'm very experienced in dealing with financial services companies.  Today I was asked by four differenct clueless employees to different phone numbers to answer a simple question.  Never got an answer.  Called Customer Care, and got a receptionist.  Never able to reach customer care.  Nobody knew anything, barely knew high school English.  Have dealt with insurance and mortgage businesses - both are shoddy and third rate at best.

Do not ever get a loan through these crooks and set it up for your payments to be auto debited each month. They will enter your information incorrectly in their system causing your payment to be late and they will not correct their mistake. They make you fill out a form of correction and STILL enter your information wrong in their system, STILL causing your payments to be late and they hit you with late fees AND hit your credit. Better to just physically make the payments on your own either by mail or over the phone. If you pay over the phone though, prepare to play 50 questions and be on the phone for forever.
