Someone else's SSN is showing up on my credit report, as a SSN variation
What does this mean? I've tried doing a little research and I've been able to find that this happens a lot (more than people realize), but that it's usually because someone typed a number wrong when entering your SSN. This however, is not the case in mine. It's a completely different number. Could this SSN variation be my ex husband's SSN, and if so, shouldn't that have been removed? Or am I at risk of fraud?
