Review of my Credit Report
I was reviewing my credit reports and noticed a list of credit that was in collections and removed from my report, yet they are still in the section for removed credit collections. My question would be that there were extenuating circumstances on several if not most collections that were removed an it looks bad having these still there even if removed and my question would be why can't these items be disputed with my version of reason they were listed as a derogatory remark in the first place. Not all of my items were due to situations under my control, yet they look bad when viewed since it only has their version of the events. Can these be disputed with my version of why they are there and can they effect my credit score or ability to obtain credit in the future even though they have been removed?
