Credit report showing foreclosure but payments up to date and no warning from loan company.
I was informed from credit karma that there is foreclosure action being taken against me but I have had no warning from my mortgage company and have made all my payments. Could this be a mistake?

Yes, it could be. Call your lender. Also, check your Fico reports.
