Credit Report is showing delinquency due to non-payment on loans, only loans are all paid in full
The Keyfactors bringing my score down are listed as
Length of Time accounts have been established
lack of recent revolving account information
Number of accounts with delinquency
Serious Delinquency

I have all the paperwork saying the loans that were flagged were paid in full and on time consistently. I'm just confused as to why it would be reflected otherwise.

I am not a credit card holder. But, I have a history of paying my student loans as mentioned above... I have considered that not having a credit card could be a contributing factor. But the loan information should be in the green...
