Collection was successfully challenged, but they keep calling, how do I proceed?
I challenged a few medical bills for a legitimate reason about 18 months ago and the collections were removed. Now, for some reason, the same debt collector is calling me every day about the collections, stating it is reporting in the voicemails left. However, it hasn't been reporting at all since I removed it. How do I proceed? Should I just ignore the calls or say something to deter them. My worry is that if I engage they will begin reporting again.
