A bill was sent into collections with wrong infortmation. What should I do?
I owe this company $80, but the collection agency is demanding I pay $100 because that's what I owed when the company sent it into collections. Even though I've paid some of it off, they still say I owe $100 and took 100 points off my score because of this. What should I do to fix it? Should I go through the orginal company or the collection agency?
