No interest is a great value

Credit Karma Member

6 months no interest is a great value on a card. When something breaks, I always have confidence that I can pay it off over time. When my refrigerator broke, having this card saved the day.

Not good for your credit!

Credit Karma Member

Started with a substantial limit ($3k). From lack of use, they cut it to less than half. I purchased a few items for a new house (~$500) and they cut it to $800, then again down to $700. This will affect your credit/debt ratio. The citi customer service is horrible. Their agent are misguiding, and their recommendations, DO NOT work, they will add multiple hard inquiries, damaging your credit even more! They cut your credit to just over what you owe, then send you a letter telling you your balance is too high. Backwards and ridiculous. Paying on time does nothing to help. Unless you pay your balance in full, you’ll receive another letter telling you that making minimum payments is not acceptable, yet they offer the option. Horrible in every aspect. You’re better off using a traditional credit card than getting theirs.
