My First Latitude

I have this card and I am very satisfied. I had no credit and after my 1000.00 dollar deposit I now have buying power. I have since received 2 more cards and with only one on time payment my credit has improved 55 point's. This card is great when used properly

Don’t do it

I had this card for less than a month used it twice paid it off when I got back from vacation they proceeded to take out two full payments in less than two weeks. Then when I proceeded to call them about their mistake I got sorry for the inconvenience And it’ll take 5 to 10 business days to get your money back . So I closed my card and on top of that it takes 10 weeks to get all of your money back 10 weeks.!!!! that’s absolutely insane after they stole money from me. It’s gonna take 10 weeks to get my security deposit back and the money they stole from me absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t get this card if somebody paid me to.. and on top of that their customer service was atrocious the first guy I spoke to put me on universal hold for a half hour because he didn’t wanna deal with me..
