I don't agree with the results of a dispute (not in my favor, obviously) Can I appeal?
Good question? Vote for this

A few months ago, I purchased some items using a store card. The store apparently had outdated contact information and I never received a bill or a phone call from the company. I never would have known about it if I didn't check CK regularly. When I saw that my score had dropped by 12 points, I found the negative mark, called the company and paid the bill and late fees in full. I filed a dispute with Experian and they "updated" my information, but did not remove the negative mark. This seems so unfair. I've worked very hard to build my credit up to "good" since a bankruptcy a few years ago, and this has set me back quite a bit. Is there any way to appeal the decision?

Yes, but for what purpose? You knew you bought stuff, you knew there was going to be a bill. You did not update your contact information. What did the CC company do wrong? You are playing with snakes and got bitten. Pay cash or with debit, then you do not have to worry about this anymore.
