After a year and a half of applying for everything that was offered, I was turned down flat. My house foreclosed and I handed over the keys the first of October 2011. It has now been almost 5 months and nothing. Is this normal? I hate waiting for the axe to fall all the way. This is another stress that I don't need. Of course, I'd much rather not have it appear but I just don't get why it hasn't yet.
