I have had this carf for 1 year 7 months, I have never had one issue, I started with a credit of $300 I am now at $10,000. You have to log into macys.com to access your credit card account. I see lots of posters saying that the credit card website is difficult to navigate. I have never had an issue, I get tons of coupons and the Macys Cash is awesome. When I applied for the card they needed to speak to me to verify that it was me after that the account was opened and I use it and make timely payments some times I pay it off sometimes I carry a balance.

Deceptive, DO NOT GET!

Signed up for a Macy’s card and was told that there would be 0% apr for 18 months, surprise! At the end of 18 months was charged deferred interest of over $700. BEWARE! This was not disclosed up front. Spoke with their customer service who said that they would remove the surprise interest charge if the balance was paid in full and payment posted. Paid it in full, posted, called back and surprise! They will not waive it. Will be filing complaint with the CFPB which I’m sure will go nowhere, but never ever get this card.
