This card doesn't have a low interest rate and no intro APR, but I applied because they are currently offering 30,000 ThankYou points if you spend $2,000 within the first 3 months of opening the account. It also has a $125 annual fee, but it is waived for the first year. I was approved immediately for $5900, at the highest APR. I expected a lower APR. It did provide my Experian credit score which was 737. The high APR, annual fee, and lack of intro or transfer APR is the reason I'm only giving this 4 stars.

We got this card because there were several rewards point bonuses for signing up. After six months use, we realized that the points were somewhat worthless. After browsing the reward market for hours trying to pick out christmas gifts, we gave up, there just isn't a great selection. Luckily there was an option to use the points as cash at Amazon.com. That is what we did. This would have been great except we only got $180 in cash from our points. We switched from this card to a Capital One 1.5% cash back card. After six months with it we had over $400 in cash back. I definitely felt cheated by the Citi Rewards.
