Anonymous Account Holder

Centennial Bank bought out or local friendly bank. Our account trasfered over and imediatly we realised that this bank will absolutely not work with you under any circumstance. So basically you should know that no matter what "the answer will be no"... Forget theese people absolutely crooked and ruthless.

Lack of seasoned professionalism
Anonymous Account Holder

Mortgage department applies little to no oversight to officers administering YOUR client money.  Process logs and checklists prevent even the most obvious contract administration in construction loans.  No method of change order application.  No attention to the legal definition of firm fixed price contract.  Unbelievable lack of empathy for client rather more concern for the construction industry they know will bring them repeat business.  I pulled all my money out as I realized this style of business is unsustainable.  Go with a Big Nationally known bank for professionals.

Worst Bank in Florida Panhandle
Anonymous Account Holder

This is nothing other than a corporate acqusition machine out of Arkansas that can't attract customers on their own so they have to go out and buy up other banks to keep them growing in NW Florida.  I've been a customer at 3 other banks that Centennial has purchased and every time its the same dog and pony show.  Lower deposit rates for those that save, increase fees, fire branch employees and then claim they are the "good guys".  Their regional branch leadership is crude and heartless.  Don't be fooled by their attempts to make you think they're a "community minded" bank.  Their goals are to maximize profits on the backs of their employees and customers (no matter the hardship it causes), ship the profits back to Arkansas and ultimately sell the company so the top dogs can get even more filthy rich.  They will likely attempt to get this post taken down because they have a whole team monitoring the internet for any negative news about them.  If only they would work as hard at being who they say they are, then they wouldn't have to create a smokescreen to hide what is really behind the curtain.  Shameful.
