Each time I have called the customer service line, they have been NO help. My account was recently compromised and I can't get the customer service to help me with anything.

Worst bank I ever had

Centennial Bank bought out or local friendly bank. Our account trasfered over and imediatly we realised that this bank will absolutely not work with you under any circumstance. So basically you should know that no matter what "the answer will be no"... Forget theese people absolutely crooked and ruthless.

Lack of seasoned professionalism

Mortgage department applies little to no oversight to officers administering YOUR client money.  Process logs and checklists prevent even the most obvious contract administration in construction loans.  No method of change order application.  No attention to the legal definition of firm fixed price contract.  Unbelievable lack of empathy for client rather more concern for the construction industry they know will bring them repeat business.  I pulled all my money out as I realized this style of business is unsustainable.  Go with a Big Nationally known bank for professionals.
