Lexus Financial Services is terrible
Anonymous Borrower

I have leased my second car from Lexus and I'm happy with my car and the Lexus dealership was very helpful. But Lexus Financials Services is absolutely terrible. I've had several phone conversations with Lexus Financial Services and they are very rude and not helpful at all. Recently, I have been trying to pay my property taxes on my old car. I called the number that was on the letter I received. They said that they weren't able to take the payment over the phone and that I would have to send them a check or call another department. I have been calling for over a week pretty much every day but no one answers. You'd think that it'd be easier to make a payment. And customer service department does not answer any questions. I had another issue with them which I will not get into here but it was a terrible experience.

I love Lexus but next time I'm going to lease a car from somewhere else just so I don't have to deal with Lexus Financial Services.

Worst Customer Service
Anonymous Borrower

Lease went fine. Then they tried to charge me for mising keys even though I returned the keys. Obnoxious reps, hours on hold, dropped calls and overall rediculous experiance. I loved that car and now a month after returning it i will never go back. What a stupid way to loose a customer. Beware LFS is like a shady used car dealer trying to scam you. Expacted more from Lexus..... a lot more

Leased vehicle
Anonymous Borrower

This was for payment on a leased vehicle we turned in on July 1st.  Our last paymet due July 1st had NO unpaid late fees on it. I later get a letter saying we owed for late fees (after 2 payments for new vehicle).  I called got left on hold (irratating hold messages that repeat every 7 seconds) most of the 20 mniute call while be tranferred 3 times only to be told I needed to call another number.  I was given the number and transferred, the call was dropped. I called the number to learn I was calling heir collections department!  Still no one has told me why we have this unpaid late fee of $33.06.  I have been on hold now for 35 minutes (and counting) waiting for someone to tell me how this fee occured. I really regret getting into another lease with them now!
