Very poor customer service
Credit Karma member

This is the worse lending company I have dealt with! I have been paying my car loan on time every month but I asked for a differed payment for extreme personal reason for one month and they would not grant it. I have a good job so paying is not the problem I just had an unexpected situation this month.

I’ve been paying on a Chevy Cruz five years and still owe almost $9,000 Horrible way to take advantage of struggling families because of poor credit

No Title paid off vehicle loan
Credit Karma member

Vehicle was paid off Nov 11, 2021 was given 6 different answers as to when and or why we have not received our Title all we have is a copy of the loan contract stamped paid in full. One rep advised CPS sent my Title to the dealership where we purchased years ago in Arizona because she assumed we traded the vehicle for something else I no longer live there and haven't in nearly a year. No I do not desire to trade the Vehicle and My address and details were updated prior to my moved to Texas. Then I was told oh the title was released Nov 19 you should have it any day. It's now December 20, 2021 no title yet then I was told it could take 4 to 6 weeks this is not good and I will not utilize CPS auto again
