easy process. i love that i dont have to call a 1800 number to get help. i just call my office and they answer all questions and take care of everything. they saved me sooooo much money when i refianced with them
Very poor customer service. The only phone number on the bill takes you to State Farm insurance with no option to get credit card help. You can wait there for 15 minutes before they transfer you to another 10 minute Q. I was trying to figure out whether $1.50 minimum charge was for. It was because the month before last I made an error in the underpaid might build by $50 resulting in a $2.50 interest charge that I paid prior to the due date. However they fields that entitles them to charge me another $1.50 minimum charge the next billing period. Their website is very difficult to use and they make it difficult to redeem their State Farm dollars that can only be used on their products.
