If there is incorrect information on your reports then you will have to dispute that with the credit bureaus reporting it, Credit Karma has nothing to do with what is listed on your reports. You will have to go directly to each bureau and pull a copy of your report through each of them. You will get a number on your report which you will need to file any disputes for incorrect information. There is instruction on each bureaus website on how to dispute information. Once again be sure to print out a copy of your report when you get it or at minimum write down the number on the report and make a list of what is inaccurate before contacting the bureau.

In regards to building your credit score, the following may help you.

Pay down any balances you have now, but don't pay anything off completely

Get a credit card if you do not currently have one, if your credit is poor maybe try for a secured card through a creditor that reports monthly to all 3 credit bureaus. Never use more than 25% of your available credit (low credit utilization is good, high utililization is bad for your score). Be careful applying for credit as when you do you will receive a Hard Inquiry on your report which will reduce your score, do some research and make sure you have a decent chance of being approved before applying with a lender.

Never miss or be late with any payments, missed/late payments have a very bad effect on your score. Paying bills repeatedly on time will increase your score over time.

Work to get any inaccurate information off of your reports that have a negative impact on your score.

Remember, whenever you are choosing a lender to borrow from make sure they report to all 3 bureaus because not using credit (or showing that you do) can almost be as bad as having bad credit.

I hope this helps, you can also google "ways to improve credit" "ways to rebuild credit"

There are also many helpful articles here on Credit Karma and a lot of good advice in the advice section.
