We have a hard entry on our credit, from whom? What can we do?

Hi Jackdust,

You are the only Credit Karma member with access to view your credit reports. None of the members here can see your reports. This is to protect your privacy.

Your credit report will include the source of the inquiry as well as the date it will fall off. For additional information, you'll want to contact the creditor.  Please review the report your hard inquiry appears on: Equifax or TransUnion. There will be a tab labelled "Credit Inquiries". Here's the link to view inquiries on your TransUnion report: https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/creditreport/transunion#inquiries
