Paying balance before it appears on statement!
If I pay the amount just after my transaction and before it appears on my billing statement, does it help to improve the score?

Unfortunately, this can hurt your score because the scoring algorithms are dumb. If you have a zero balance on the statement date, they'll see this as you not using the card. Better to pay just after you get your statement. Most people find that their personal best score comes from having a total cc utilization of between 1% and 20% on statement date. Then you can pay the balance off right after the statement comes out.
