If you don't have a mortgage but one is being reported for you, file a dispute with the credit bureau reporting it.  Your student loan servicing office will show on one or more of your credit reports which you can obtain for free once a year at annualcreditreport.com.  If you have not taken the time to read the very informative articles on this site, I suggest you do so right away.  The information is valuable for the rest of your life.

Are those accounts in question, actually on your credit reports or it pop-up during the security/ID verification stage?

If you are referring to the questions you were asked when setting up your account, do not worry, they are just security questions and include incorrect answers. If you are actually seeing these accounts on your credit reports, you must contact the credit bureaus that are listing the incorrect accounts. Transunion, Equifax and Experian all have websites with contact info.
