New mortgage company not reporting to credit bureau
I filed for bankruptcy in 2010 and even though I did not include my mortgage the company holding my mortgage (CHASE) charged it off and sold it to a collection type mortgage company who isn't showing my on time payments on my credit report. My mortgage is on time and is the only credit I have so both instances are damaging my credit. is there anything I can do to force the new company to report my good payments or any way I can have the discharge removed.
