VA Loans and Credit Risked Pricing

Before all of the Dodd Frank / Preditory Lending rules that are now in place - your credit scores could affect whast rate you can expect when applying for a VA loan.  That is no longer the case.  You have middle scores that most lenders will accept  therefore you should expect the "Best Rates."  Conventional rates are currently running slightly higher than those that are backed by the Government.

We offer pre-approvals for VA loans in 24hrs that do not require a SSN or credit inquiry. If you are ready to obtain financing immediately we also offer a complete approval option online. In a few hours we will contact you to review your VA options and put you on the clear path to home ownership by end of business today. Our typical purchase loans close in 10 business days so home ownership may only be a few weeks away for you. If you would like to speak to a VA loan officer immediately give us a call.
