Due to a foreclosure, we have a 3rd party mortgage. How can I get those payments reported to you?

Be aware that Credit Karma is not a credit bureau and they have not control over what is on or isn't on your reports. Sometimes lenders do not report to any credit bureaus or sometimes they may just report to one. Check your Experian report to see if they are on there, or you could ask them if they report to any credit bureaus. Unfortunately there is no requirements for lenders to report to any credit bureau. There is no way for you to add any accounts to any of your reports. About the only thing you could do, is to refinance with a lender that reports to all three bureaus.
