Debt paid in full, effect on credit score?
I recently inherited some money, and used it to pay off all my debt. However, none of the bills I paid off have been reported as paid to the credit bureaus yet. I know normally it takes about a month, but I paid them in full about 3 months ago, and nothing has been reported on my credit to date. My credit rating is very low, and although I know paying everything off isn't going to make my score suddenly perfect, I thought clearing up all my old debts would have at least some positive effect? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
