Chase app asks is your credit history clear of bankruptcy does this mean is it discharged?
On the credit application the first question is "yes my credit history is clear of bankruptcy." I have a discharged bankruptcy from 2007. Does this count as being clear? Or do they really mean Have I had a bankruptcy in the last 10 years since thats how long it takes to clear it from a credit history file.
