Bankruptcy Removal Dates
I filed bankruptcy, and the paperwork was finalized, nine years ago. At the time I was told by my attorney that it would be off my record in seven years. (He specialized in bankruptcy.) It's been over nine years, and it's still present.

I know that the laws changed a few years back, but shouldn't the timeline I was told by my attorney and the court at that time hold true?
