Communication with the company was pleasant. They offer flexible repayment options, either a small monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your account, or you can pay it off each month. I pay mine off each month. I totally recommend it!

The communication from this company is horrible. Had outstanding odds from credit karma and after over a week they email saying to call them? Then calling I get out on hold, several times and the person never comes back, or the line goes dead. Then no response to emails, or the 1 I do get was just an automated response.
