I was keeping up with them, but lost my job and couldn't do it and it snowballed to all 4 being sent to collectors and now I am at a lost to where to begin... Any help?? :/

No. Unless you can negotiate they remove them from your credit report or you will not pay it. Get it in writing. This would usually require a full payment.

It probably won't help your score in the short term, but the only other alternative is not paying and waiting 7 years for them to stop reporting.
