can i get an apartment with a 570 credit score?

Hard to answer that without knowing why the score is that low. You could get one of your prior rental history is good and it will depend on each apartment complex.

A lot of landlords who check credit are only looking to see if you have legal judgments from past landlords and/or if you owe utility bills.
