Hello, Have you tried a secured card? If you have the funds Bank of America and Capital One offer great secured cards. Bank of America graduates (unsecures) after 9 months. If you would prefer an unsecured card bestbuy has a MasterCard that almost everyone can get. You will most likely get a limit of $100 but its a start. They have a prequalification site so you dont have to be hit with a hard inquiry to tell if you can get a card.

Thanks for the response. Since I posted this, ive been able to get:
Cap1 secured (400)
HSBC BestBuy Mastercard (100)
and Bank of America BankAmericard (1000)
Scores have moved to 723 and I was thinking of swapping the Cap1 secured with another limited credit category card (Was consedering either the mtv or cash back). I would like no AF and APR doesnt matter to me since I always pif. Hopefully in 6 months to a year I can qualify for a Zync from Amex.

Thank you for your reply. I applied for the forward card but was denied. Citi said it was due to a balance on trans union. I paid the $25 to see what they were talking about and nothing was there. I cant seem to get credit from anyone even with 707 and above 30k a year. I would love to stay away from secured but I dont know of another route.
