Blue Cash Everyday(SM) Card from American Express
This card is great and I got 0% APR for one year on all purchases. The rebates are as follows: Standard/Promo = 0.5%/1.0% back if you've charged less than $6,500 on the card, 1.5%/5.0% back if you've charged $6,500 or more. No fees but the $6,500 is tracked once every year so your purchase amount toward the $6,500 will reset.
