actually , the perfect credit card balance, if there is such a thing, is 7% not 30% and at least below 10% as 30% will still have a negative impact on  your score.

What is the best paid service to get instant access to your credit reports?

The best is  my fyco which is going to cost you about 10 a month, I work with 3 banks and all use this score, in fact I let them know what the score is going to be b4 they pull it. You can get most of the credit monitoring companies to give you a free trial and you can also get your score that way.

Raise my credit score by 100points in a few weeks through website, is this legit?

To good to be true is correct, no one can make this promise and keep it . Pull your own report a IF there is something incorrect dispute it yourself. The quickest way to raise you scort is get you credit card balances below 10%. I also belong to credit keeper and my fico which keeps you up to date on any changes on your credit report and runs you about 10 dollars a month.
