They offered a low rate and a great loan package for someone that had a high debt to income ratio. In todays market I doubt I would have qualified for my home loan at all but BofA took a chance as I had a 760 score. I may not always have a BofA mortgage but they will always be the first one I go to for a new loan. I have had to call them on several occassions for various reasons even a refinance request and the customer service people were great to work with. I wonder what BofA side of the story is for the people who gave it a 1 star and how honestly did they work with the bank. With BofA I can guarantee one thing you get out of it what you put into it. If you are gruff, short or dishonest, you can count on not getting a fair shake - and no I have no affiliation with BofA other than my mortgage and a credit card.

annual fee?? I have 5 cards from 4 different banks. Not one is over 10% with the lowest being 7.9% and not one has an annual fee. I know they made some drastic changes thanks to obamacare and the bank fiasco he helped champion but really are there that many people out there not willing to look around a little longer to find something with no annual fee??
