I have been with BOA for 20 years started with nations. I am now ready to loe my house because their loan department sucks. I have never met such rude and ignorant people. A 33 million dollar bonus to their CEO after taking bailout money. I think he should lend me a measly 11000 dollars to make my mortage payment. First I made too much money to qualify for a modification program now I'm laid off so now they say I don't have enough income to qualify. I wonder if these people have ever had to experience what we go through.

I recently closed 2 cc's after they raised rates had both cards for years was never late and paid more than minimum payments. I'm now paying a fee for closing those cards. How do I negotiate with them when they are just down right rude over the phone.
