Credit One Bank® Visa® Platinum
This is one of the few cards, other than pre-paids, I qualified for and I think the fee is high, but that's the price I pay for battering my credit for 15 years. I like that I can handle everything for this account online and they do offer the free credit score tracking. Overall I'm happy with this card and since it's not pre-paid and they do report to the agencies, I am building my score.
