got a offer in the mail and applied. they declined me due to finding deliquent account im my credit report that was not supposed to be there and my usage was little high so rep told me to remove the deliquent account and do a reconsider and pay off my debts. so i checked my credit report and there was a fraudulent creditcard and i did a dispute and removed it and paid off the balance on my creditcards. i sent in a reconsider letter and my recent credit report. few days later they ran my credit report again eventhou they told me there not going to do that. and they state its still a deliquent account on my report and was declined. i called experian and they say its already been removed and they got the same report i sent them. 4 different phone call 4 different statement from them now waiting for manager to call back to talk to them. i have experian score of 704. all my accounts are paid on time.
conclusion:
2 hard pull even thou they said they will not do the second pull, 5 phonecall, recon letter, no one in there office know whats going on, now waiting for phone call from manager. lets see what reason they will give.

I wouldn't recommend this product, nor would I advise against it. It's a middle of the road card with a mediocre credit limit ($3k) for a decent credit score (720). The rewards don't justify throwing a heavy load of expenses on this one card, but it would serve as a decent complementary card.

If you are looking for a good balance transfer card, this one is great. I have made two balance transfers with 0% interest for 6 months or a year (can't remember). It is all paid off now, and I keep getting balance transfer offers.
The down side...the "extra cash" rewards system is extremely misleading. In order to redeem your "extra cash" you have to use x amount of points as contribution and then pay for remaining cost.
For example: You choose a 50 dollar gift card to Home Depot. Your "extra cash" will pay for 5 dollars, and you have to BUY the other 45.00 of gift card on your credit card.
There is no way to exchange your points for cash as with many other cards. Steer clear if you are looking for rewards.
