Prepaid cards can be expensive. But if you don't want to go the credit card route, this one is good. They are upfront and state all the fees. Not the cheapest but honest.

Reported to all 3- same month of borrowing.
Needed -Direct deposit for 30 days (500) min.
Borrow less than 50% of available Line of credit,
& the loan is automatically repaid via your
next direct deposit.

$9.95 monthly fee.
