I have had this account for a month and I can say I don't like it already. The branch hours are awful. Everything with them is so difficult down to the automated system to attempt to speak to a live person. They are trying so hard to downsize on employees that they are really turning away their customers that may need that extra support of a live agent.

The loan company works well for those with lower credit scores. The interest is a little high and they do insist on you getting "Optional" services, but they are easy to work with and approval is very quick.
Approved with a 761/761 score with a Fair chance. This will be my third card after my previous acceptance for Chase Freedom approximately 6 months ago. I did run into a problem with the application and had to call, but the nice lady approved me in a matter of minutes!
I was very nervious about the entire process. Knowing my credit score was declining due to recent family events, I did not want to apply for anything. I took the plunge on a friends suggestion and am so happy that I did. The process was unbelievably simple and I had funds in my account within a week. I would highly recommend.
The online tools for viewing transactions and payments are really bad. It's confusing and the sign in process feels like something from 15 years ago. Combining that with the yearly fee, I wouldn't recommend this card to anyone. Look to Citi, Capital One and Discover for better secured credit card options.
