I have had this carf for 1 year 7 months, I have never had one issue, I started with a credit of $300 I am now at $10,000. You have to log into macys.com to access your credit card account. I see lots of posters saying that the credit card website is difficult to navigate. I have never had an issue, I get tons of coupons and the Macys Cash is awesome. When I applied for the card they needed to speak to me to verify that it was me after that the account was opened and I use it and make timely payments some times I pay it off sometimes I carry a balance.

Worst credit card I’ve ever used

Customer service is a nightmare. I don’t know where the call center is located but every time I call, I’m speaking to someone with a hard to understand accent. When I called to update my email they couldn’t locate the right account. EVERYTIME I order a replacement card, I never actually receive it. Just a bad experience.
