Good card horrible customer service

Before I even got the card in the mail this company lied to me. They said if you pay 19.95 we will expedite the process of you getting your card so I paid in 19.95. Knowing that if I used a debit card to make my payment my down payment, it would be faster as well. I just thought if I pay the 19.95 I get it even faster because that’s what it said but I did not get my card any faster. And they will not refund me in my 19.95 because they said it’s nonrefundable. I don’t know about y’all but I absolutely hate being lied to. And then to top it off they were extremely rude to me and I wasn’t aloud to talk to a manager.

Don’t do it

I had this card for less than a month used it twice paid it off when I got back from vacation they proceeded to take out two full payments in less than two weeks. Then when I proceeded to call them about their mistake I got sorry for the inconvenience And it’ll take 5 to 10 business days to get your money back . So I closed my card and on top of that it takes 10 weeks to get all of your money back 10 weeks.!!!! that’s absolutely insane after they stole money from me. It’s gonna take 10 weeks to get my security deposit back and the money they stole from me absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t get this card if somebody paid me to.. and on top of that their customer service was atrocious the first guy I spoke to put me on universal hold for a half hour because he didn’t wanna deal with me..
