do not waste your money and time with them. please look for better options
The customer service will be the only department you will have the best experience. They have to trap you in to believe that you are going to be dealing with a great insurance company. You will have an absolute nightmare when you have to file a claim with them. It is impossible to get a hold of the "Initial Action Adjuster". It is a constant game of cat and mouse. Even if you call them a minute after your missed their call they will never answer. The manager of the "Initial Action Adjuster" is just as worst. My policy to end September 14 and I will not renew my policy with them. Other insurance companies such as Geico, State Farm, or Allstate are little more in pricing but they all have way better customer service than Kemper Infinity. I will not be surprised if a lawsuit is filed against them.
i was dropped by Geico after a fender bender and never it. They said they sent a letter to inform me but i never knew that untill i called with am insurance queestion

I got into an accident a year ago these scum bags were charging me **** near $300 for basic (mind you there's nothing on my driving record) the rep gave me attitude the whole convo blah blah I got stuck with a $600 bill for towing and over night at reds, at the end they paid the dude 8,000 for a dent on the rear bumper and I was found not at fault because of weather related also he messed up the whole paper work he said I hit the guy when the person driving was his girlfriend and they put that I hit a parked car when it was on an exit of a highway when I called to cancel for the following year they tried to give me a hassle saying I would have to continue paying even if the car was totalled I told him I cancelled the plates already and he tried to find a loop whole but couldn't also am I the only 1 they charged a down payment /deposit ?
THEY LOW BALL CLAIMS AND WHEN YOU PRESENT A CASE PROVING THEM WRONG, I WENT AS FAR AS GOING THROUGH THEIR CALCULATION SHEETS THE CARS THEY USED WERE NOT EVEN COMAPARABLE ONE HAD A MANUAL TRANS , MINE IS AN AUTOMATIC, THE OTHER TWO HAD 20,000 AND 30,000 MORE MILES THAN MINE AFTER CONFRONTED THEM THEY ASKED TO PROVIDE THEM THEM WITH THE VIN NUMBERS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE CARS I FOUND CLOSER TO THE TRUTH WHAT DO THEY DO IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE OH THERE IS SO MUCH MORE, I USED THEM FOR MANY MANY YEARSD BEWARE OF THE DOG
These companies, LibMu and SafeCo, are complete scam artists. If you have money to burn and nothing better to do with your time, then by all means, go for it. They will gladly take your money, including billing you for the full amount when they are suppose to change you a monthly premium. Afterwards you can look forward to them penny pinching your repairs and denying some of them outright. WE required $14,000 of repairs to our 5th wheel RV which they pinched down to $1,400. That, right! 1/10th. Then they told us that we had to locate and take the 5th wheel to another repair facility because the roof repair that they authorized was not performed by our facility due to excessive liability issues. What does that way about the quality and reliability of the repair that LibMu authorizes? Honestly, I am not sure how this company is still in business. I suppose that there really is a sucker born every minute... Learn from our mistakes and don't be that Guy or Gal.
