They will add family members and friends to your policy and make your payments go up $600 and refuse to remove the members. Even if the members live over 300 miles away!

THEY LOW BALL CLAIMS AND WHEN YOU PRESENT A CASE PROVING THEM WRONG, I WENT AS FAR AS GOING THROUGH THEIR CALCULATION SHEETS  THE CARS THEY USED WERE NOT EVEN COMAPARABLE ONE HAD A MANUAL TRANS , MINE IS AN AUTOMATIC, THE OTHER TWO HAD 20,000 AND 30,000 MORE MILES THAN MINE AFTER CONFRONTED THEM THEY ASKED TO PROVIDE THEM THEM WITH THE VIN NUMBERS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE CARS I FOUND CLOSER TO THE TRUTH WHAT DO THEY DO IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE OH THERE IS SO MUCH MORE,  I USED THEM FOR MANY MANY YEARSD BEWARE OF THE DOG

Accident forgiveness is a lie and a scam. They chose to total my car instead of replacing door and fender. I received a total of 12 bucks after the lease was paid off and they refused insure the new car I bought. I was not at fault for the accident, have never made a claim in my life prior to this, am a professional driver with a spotless record, and am now paying almost 400 a month when just a few years ago wad paying less than 100. Don't trust liberty mutual...

A complete nightmare.

The customer service will be the only department you will have the best experience. They have to trap you in to believe that you are going to be dealing with a great insurance company. You will have an absolute nightmare when you have to file a claim with them. It is impossible to get a hold of the "Initial Action Adjuster". It is a constant game of cat and mouse. Even if you call them a minute after your missed their call they will never answer. The manager of the "Initial Action Adjuster" is just as worst. My policy to end September 14 and I will not renew my policy with them. Other insurance companies such as Geico, State Farm, or Allstate are little more in pricing but they all have way better customer service than Kemper Infinity. I will not be surprised if a lawsuit is filed against them.
