Have you opened a new account post bankruptcy to show you are managing your credit/debt in a healthy fashion? Avoiding debt after bankruptcy, although it feels logical can backfire. Showing you are able to use credit responsibility will help improve your scores relatively quickly. Get a credit card, if you are struggling to get approved try a secured card. Make sure you pay it on time and keep your balance below that 30% threshold.

Best of luck!
