Why am I not receiving ANY e-mail alerts?
Credit Karma has my correct e-mail address, and displays it when I'm logged in. CK also knows all my accounts. All my balances are shown exactly every time I come to the site, and they change at the right times. I have "email important notifications" ON, and requesting alerts for bill payments over $0, large purchases over $500, and interest rate changes. I should have received lots of alerts. BUT: NONE. Can anyone explain why?
